Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, any pricing errors will be corrected before order confirmation.

Payment Method

Palmira Collections operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) only basis. We do not accept online payments, bank transfers, or advance payments at this time.

Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Palmira Collections is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Open Parcel & Returns Policy

Palmira Collections offers an open-parcel facility at the time of delivery. Customers are allowed to inspect the parcel before acceptance.

If the product does not meet expectations, the customer may return the parcel immediately to the courier. Once the parcel is accepted and the courier leaves, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Refusal of Delivery

Repeated refusal of parcels or misuse of the Cash on Delivery service may result in order restrictions or permanent blocking of future orders from the same customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Palmira Collections website, including images, logos, text, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Palmira Collections and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
